Thats a pretty good way of doing it, or it could somehow be determined on rank.
Based on Rank: We could leave the ranks the way they are now, and take your wins, subtract the number of losses from wins, then that is your exp. number. And when you beat someone it can either add there exp. to yours, or add half, or just add 1/3 of their exp. to yours. So if your exp is 3, then no matter what rank or where you are you get 1 exp. point. If it is 9, then they get 3 exp. That way, new people with Skill can quickly move up with the better players, and people with no skill will begin to drop. I don't know how, but maybe if someone beats you, and they are a much lower rank then you, then you could actually LOSE exp. But if they are closer to you or higher, then you lost none for the loss? That way anyone really high up there right now would fall even faster?
