He does make a good point. With all that craze going around with Wolverine and DWX, everyone is thinking that weALL get a wolv upgrade. I think TMy will give us something thatwill be VIP-only, what thatcould be, i dunno. :D

I just beat story mode with Onslaught and he didnt say anything about Captain America. All he did was figth Sentinels and at the end it showed Bison being defeated(even though he didnt fight Bison) and Bison talked about Spiral. I dont know where u got Captain America from. ???

I think its fake cause he has M.Bison as a helper after he was removed and that would mean that Sagat was his character, but SDpidy was standing too so that would mean a glitch in the game. Also it looks like a 2 on 2 which means it could be either Bisons story mode or Dawn of Rage and Awakening. Im not sure what to make of this... ???

You do have a storng point. I was taken by the first look (it gets me everytime). Bison was a helper before TLF. So, it means that it HAD to be fake, or he used an older download version.

actually i havent got photoshop at the moment as i had to reboot my computer and i never said i played against him or he was my tag partner, he may have just poped up on the screen

well i still fail to see how capt Amer. will be implemented into the game, but i cant say no he wont b/c he does appear on the character selection screen... but also if youremember/research NOTS there was speculation that sabertooth would be added to the game as well. so i can see where he comes in to play not to metion his role in Weapon X.... as for spiral i think/strongly feel that a new version of her helper will be released. that why she is mentiond all the time by bison. gambit...welll dont know how he will fend in allthis but alot of the sfo community want him in..... as is the same for charlie.

but i think this event will be alot bigger than DoR i mean this has been in the works for about 5 years

i think we will be totally amazed bye TMyApp's work on DWX

I don't think we will get no more chronicles. Being that the release sate is in the next few months. The only thing (i think) we will get is a poster about DWX, and it's new features, and stuff. Just like TLF.

3rd Strike- Finalization of the SFO story mode and the final boss is implemented ????????. Wolverine learns his ultimate move and otehr characters ultimate move is implemented or at least more tweaks added to them.

i still can't understand what on earth you are trying to hint, the only thing that is coming to my mind so far is some sort of ability to teleport,and psychic ability so with that in mind i'm thinking Dhalism, he is similar to Shuma Gorath in being able to teleport and has those extendable arms to reach out and hit oppenants =/

I agree. Doesn't look like Vega will be coming in DWX. Shuma Gorath. I THINK that she (i think it's a she) will appear after DWX.

I played TLF story mode with spiderman (finally) and at the end. Omega Red speaks of "the mutant Spiral". I think SBYRD5 spoke about it already. I'm just mentioning it since i saw it for myself. :biggrin:

Just curious. What would cause him to be evil with his mask off? Might be that he doesn't like to show his face. Though in The Street Fighter 2 movie, he has his mask off. After Chun Li "ruins" his face. That's 1 reason why he would be evil. Cuz he's scared for life. He was mad, and wanted to kill her after.

Other than that, i don't see a reason for him to be evil.

ROFL wow im sry paladin but have u been paying attention? SFO (actually XvsSF at the time) WAS shut down b/c TMyApp DID break the law (copyright Infringement) duh. that why we got shut down as for us STILL having marve| characters is due to no one running and blabbing to mavel about it. and TMyApp is risking it (for us) even adding TLF helpers. so dont get too wired about new marve| characters, im not opposing it but just saying........



as for release date. SFO anniversary. simple. over 30 days away. we ALWAYS get an update on or aroung it. so boom simple solved...


as for DWX being in the works for 4 years.... not really true. "WTF?" u say? well the DWX that was in the minds of the SFO community back in 2k1 is NOTHING like the DWX we haver in our mind today. i mean the reason its taking SOOOOOOO long for DWX to come out it apparent. TMyApp cant work on it untill after the last update!

simply he want DWX to be the biggest thing in SFO history. granted that will take some time to program all that. in addition waiting u8ntill the last update to be out so he can start on DWX. soo u figure currently 4 months after the last update.... not much time to do a SERIOUS update... and yes i belive that since he wants DWX to be SOOO AWSOME that we will have:

at least 2 new "evil characters" (3 for VIPs)
at least 3 new character releses (for normal accounts)(including evil charaters)
at least 3 helpers new or modified (excluding vemon)
along with a few other adjustments to some characters and some characters may get new moves

plus im sure the new story mode will be awsome and "To change SFO forever" is a hard thing to do so i wouldnt be surprised if a neew feature was released.

Well we don't make the official polls. TMyApp makes those and he decides the characters that go in them.

And, considering what alamgir just said, we can't limit the scope to the arrival of a new character like.. *sigh* (gimme a break) Vega. He's cool... no disrepect to the Bull fighter... but he doesn't pose well as what this event is supposed to be about.

Now check out the guys that said something about Sagat or SBYRD5's last point. That came directly from the storyline, so that's something I'm gonna put my mind on :biggrin:

any way i was in referance to there actually only being ONE person in SFO who COULD have an alternate costume and it sttill be la-jit with the game.


sbyrd5 shoud know.... since u r familiar with sprites u should know that all the sprites in this game derive from a certian capcom series (actually 2 series' of capcom) ant thats why they all go together.... but as for "us" editing sprites...... thats a lot of spites... u figure about 100 too 200 sprites per character (normal costume) now u figure 3 extra costumes for p2 p3 and p4 and then the VIP version more moves so more sprites... soo roughly about 800 sprites percharacter in all. that sounds about right eh? granted most of them are simple color changes but still thats a lot of sprites....

but again i was in referace to a character we already have does have an alternate outfit and i think it should be added... i already poped the idea to TMyApp.... just waiting on a reply now....
