Well I decided to write a little faq on how to be the best with the only true skilled person in the game, Ryu. First to all people who r gonna bitch: get the #### out of here!!
All right. Now go into training mode pick ryu and psy (or blanka) assist. Psy and blanka assists are the best for ryu. Now practice all of ryu's moves, practice doing them as fast as you can. You want to get fast at this game to be able to keep up with the better people in the game. Now in a real game always do: fp haduken, its the fastest haduken in the game and fastest way to build meter. Start off the game with jumping back and fp haduken. Build meter while hopefully chipping your opponent. Dont constantly superjump since they are limited. ONly SJ when you need to like SJ'ing out of a super. When ever u jump towards your oppenent, always jump in with a rk and fp haduken. You actually can cancel some moves in this game, like: fp haduken, shinku haduken. Those actually cancel into one another, probably cause of the lag but it works. The best way to catch someone with this is to call psy assist, fp kaduken, shinku haduken. Even if it doesnt connect it will chip pretty good. Dont use ryu's super hurricane kick, it isnt worth using in a real game since if it doesnt connect you opponent can punich u with a shinku haduken from the other side of the screen.

In every single game you must predict what the other person will do next. Now being able to do this comes from experience, so go out and play a bunch of people and get a feel for how people play. By experience you should get a good idea of what someone will do next, and go by what you would do next. Why predict what people will do next? Because it gives you the advantage of getting out of a bad situation or punishing someone because of what you know will happen. ex:if some SJ's to the other side of the screen with 1 bar or more of meter, always expect that they will fall down with fp haduken, shinku haduken. If you know that they will do that then SJ to the othe side of the screen as fast as possible or block. Always let them make the mistakes, not you. Have them set their self's up for a beating. another ex: the 2 of you are firing hadukens at each other. Sooner or later the other person is going to Sj to the other side, what does that mean? since u know that their going to Sj to the other side, dash to where they were, jump in the air and do a shinku haduken. And block as much as you can, because blocking fail's a good 50% of the time so block just to be cautious. Never Sj in the way of a shinku haduken and block. Because more then likely blocking will give out and you will fall into the super, so if someone is going to do a super and u r in the way just block. Also SJ'ing fail's a good amount of the time too, you will sometimes just normal jump. So dont cut your Sj too close or you will end up paying for it. That's why u must predict, so you dont have to cut things soo close. Plan ahead!!!!!

And to our best friend lag...... You MUST understand how lag works and how to use it to win. Now when i say use lag to win i dont mean purposly lag the game by having alot of programs open or d/l things. I mean use you knowledge of lag to help you in the game. Now what do i mean by understand lag?? Well why is it then during a game it looks like u hit someone with a super but the person ends up right behind u and no life came off? That is lag and what u must understand. If someone is too close to u and you do a shinku haduken, they will more then likely end up on the other side of the screen and unharmed. So what to do? dash to the other side of the screen and then do a super. Say you and your opponent are on the opposite side of the screen firing hadukens at each other. Now in order to actually know what i'm talking about u have to go and play and try and learn lag on your own. But always remember that 9 times out of 10 the person will be on the other side of the screen, so plan accordingly.

Well in order to be the best like I was with ryu you must constantly play and learn from your games. Do what I did, constantly bug the top ranked ppl for fights. And when their over, analyze what happened and what u could have done better. Savor every fight, and get the most out of each one. And always keep your cool, dont get nervous no matter who you play. There were times when I played TarkanX and Nferno666 and shook soo much cause of how nervous i was, so just keep your cool. Until next time,
Mess with the best.......................................Die like the rest
