But to keep certain cheapness out of the way, no hadokens can be used... in this tournament. There is one obvious rule and I just said it. 1: No hadokens... 2: can set your levels only at 1 or 0 3: helpers or no helpers, your choice. 4: if opponent uses a hadoken, take a screenshot of it, and then post it here. after that, elimination time. be needing at least 6 or higher.
