I know, the idea sounds insane. But to keep certain cheapness out of the way, no hadokens can be used... in this tournament. There is one obvious rule and I just said it.

1: No hadokens...
2: can set your levels only at 1 or 0
3: helpers or no helpers, your choice.
4: if opponent uses a hadoken, take a screenshot of it, and then post it here. after that, elimination time.

be needing at least 6 or higher.

I forgot to mention one thing. you can use the shinku hadoken.
not too much though.

lol now u going to far, ppl r going to do hadokens by accident and by the time they get to the finals evryone will be disqualified.

but im in, thats if this tourny starts next to april, when i come back.

but since you cant do no hudokens but u can do the specail haduken right?? or the other specail

ok now this is fliping retarded. Are you fliping serious? An anti haduken tourney? why not make a anti optic blast tourney, or an anti drill claw tourney, i mean come on baby's. This is like having a mvc2 tourney with no ahvb's, or no hail storms because they are affective and cause damage. This is a retarded tourney. I cant believe howbig of a baby you are that you have to have a tourney where u cant do hadukens. I know they are abused but that is how this and the real game is played.
