Pop ups, pop unders, and ads already on your pc - Is there a test.....

They even pop up when im not surfing the web. These ads that appear are the same ones so apparently somehow they have been d/l'd to my computer. I remember a topic like this but it was probably around 8 months ago. My question is, is there some kind of test on the internet that would get rid of these ads or maybe tell me the directory of these ads so i could get rid of them? I think SSJKarma may have answered this question 8 months ago. Yes i have a pop-up blocker and it works great but i still am interupted with these annoying ads!!!
