Minor glitch

When I amn fighting someone and I get behind them before they charge a super or I super jump over them I cant throw a hadoken,shenjuken, power ball or optic blast when to stop there super they move freezes and they still hit me. or I cant stop it,Just to let you have a heads up before there are 40 people sayign the same thing.,
