No he was a computer controled player most likely Ryu and never moved and was called Barney for some strange reason that we might never know of.

i remember him those were the days when practice mode was actually practice mode not story mode and a great place 2 develop skills.

i used to hate barney but now i miss him severly and dont
tell me i dont know who he is because I have been playing this game since wolverine was a new character
