No he was a computer controled player most likely Ryu and never moved and was called Barney for some strange reason that we might never know of.

yeah i remember barney he didnt do #### he just stayed there and took all the hits

i remember him those were the days when practice mode was actually practice mode not story mode and a great place 2 develop skills.

so that was that little guy who didn't do anythin I wish we could get him back

i used to hate barney but now i miss him severly and dont
