this just in: a woman got a ticket for talking loudly in her own arpartment building.

i swear if i get a ticket for stupidness while i on my bike, i sue the city.

yeah, its illegal for anyone 15 and older to ride on the sidewalk. have u ever seen the sidewalks? nowhere to ride.
