the city is tight for money. one man got a ticket for sitting on a milk crate. A MILK CRATE. another 1 got a ticket for not wearing his seat belt. he took it off IN FRONT OF THE COP to get his license and registration out of his jacket. a woman got a ticket for sitting on a subway stairway waiting for the train.

you will get a ticket for anything now. smoking in non-smoking areas is one thing. but a ticket for standing around is just stupid. stay out of the city for ur own wallet's safety. this is ur only warning from a poor new yorker.

Ticketing people for taking off their seat belt while they're parked? That's just pathetic.

Snake is absolutely right....it's a ticket blitz unlike ever before!. Left and right ppl are getting screwed all over the place. The news stations have gone as far as pointing out what could be some important missing info on tickets so that ppl can get out of them ??? .

Take his warning and stay out of NYC for the time being.

the city is going into a recession and is trying to stay out of it.

and the guy was pulled over for having a broken tail light but for not wearing a seat belt when he took it off in front of the cop was just stupid. he was not just parked pple, he was pulled over.

and now pple are gonna get a ticket for garbage.

Exactly and there taking it out on the ppl.. how sad.. Thanks for the warning. I also think this whole click it or ticket thing is outta hand.. I mean to get your liscense and registeration you get a ticket.. Jeez.. WHAT'S NEXT
