CUZ IT ONLY DECREASES THE FPS, during hyper moves it won't lag and frameskip as much for some people (if u kno wat i mean) and it is NORMAL - N O R M A L mode. We need it cuz its NORMAL. Turbo mode wasn't even implimented in the game last year __________________ DX was here.
