I mean if Im in 190th place, there are alot of people ahead of me that could be a risky fight and I wouldnt know who I should and shouldnt challenge. I think also if you made people lose too many points from fighting the #1 guy then the only challenges that guy will get will be people who suck and dont care, or maybe people in the top 20 or so.
