I don't see why don't you just download it off limewire. The file size is 160.7 mb. The file should be called "Adobe Photoshop 7.0, with serial". After the download, make sure you unzip the files, then go to:

Control Panel > Folder Options > Click the "View" Tab > in "Advance settings, CLICK "Show hidden Files and folders", then press apply > Go to search and type "Photoshop" > In one of the folders look for the "Setup" and run it > Go back to search and type "Adobe serial" > Copy and paste the serial to the setup and finish your setup.

I used to download it before, but I got the CD now.

Anyways. There is no website that will upload a filesize that big. There used to be, I think it was called Direct Delux.
