Basically: #1Is a level 3 person stronger than level 1 person, if no specials are used.
#2 Is sentinels special doing more damage at close range than far range?
1. does a character at level 3 have an more strength than one at level 1 or is levels only used for specials. For example: does wolverines down forward punch do more damage when he is at level 3 then if he was at level 1, WITHOUT USING SPECIALS I MEAN.

2. For sentinel, his attack(special) can be delivered far range and close range(although may be canceled), now i did it close range and noticed it may be more powerful at this range, or maybe it is caused by sentinel being at level 3?
