Eventhough ther we here longer than others, what makes them think they should have mor epower over others with this "ability to kick people". Personally, it might be too much. People wo are here before others can be tempted to just kick people for no reason at all. as Karma said, if they did get it, then the currents mods won't have anything to do. Since they were appointed to do just that, keep the peace. The title idea might work. The kicking one WON'T.
