And then do Pilates! I just read tons of news on them, and thats what I want to do as well. I'm going to run and diet, but to get abs I'm doing pilates...since I would be better in a class for that then going to a gym alone. It also is said to help back problems, that of which I have!
Me...right now, I'm pretty...well just average. I'm not skinny...I'm not fat...I just have a little bit extra in my stomache...thats about it.
I'm a 22 year old male, 5'9'' 175 lbs.
