The whole point of the 'ring' idea was to prevent needing an infinitely long background. So, your Hadokens would disappear off the side of the screen permenantly. Anyway, Hadokens go in a straight line, & a circle is (by defininition) curved. The hadoken would fly off the 'track' before it got very far round.
