lol he asked how to make a banner, not ur oppinion on his work...
ways to make border...
1. pick your color... choose pencil tool... click on the very last pixel on either left, right, top or bottom side ofur banner, hold shift... and then drag ur mouse up and down(if its on left or right side) or left and right(if its on top or bottom side), by holding shift... it will make ur line straight even if youmess up...
2. select ur entire canvas... go Layer> Layer Style> Stroke.... make it 1 pxl... select ur color... change it from 'Outside' to 'Inside'.
this is for making 1 pxl borders... if youwant thicker borders then using the same methods u can wide ur border... i prefer to first method myself...
