isnt evry hit for every move the same

would 1 hit of RD equal 1 hit of optic blast?

Erm actasully I tried akuma's raging demon in marve| vs Street Figher and it took more than 2 of them to kill the ryu...
I tried it in sfo and it looked like it was 57% or something like that.

that's because in m vs sf your oponent needed a chace to win...in SFO the lag and the chance of not hitting evens it out

whenever i attack with ryu it's always has 64 hits

has anybody got higher hits than that???
