Try getting off your butt. If all you do the whole day is mope around your house than that is why you can't sleep. Going outside and doing manual laber will put you out like a candle by 9pm. If you arent the couch potatoe type than it might be the heat that is keeping you up at night. I personally can't sleep without a night light. What ever your problem is you should try to work it out. Not sleeping at night could have serious effects on your life. Not to mention that people who stay up at night age faster and tend to be fat.
