I find it pathetic that most of you are complaining are the same ones that said honkey, crackers, rednecks, and trailer trash. You guys are just hypocrites and have a low self-esteem. If you were smart, you would've ignored him and wouldn't have fought ignorance with ignorance.

I have to be truly honest. From observing the "idiots" that were fighting in the chatrooms, it seemed like the Blackpplareugly guy was pretty much winning the battle because he was just probably laughing behind his keyboard while the insecure black players were saying "I have a big d***" and "you're ugly or a monkey" (not saying blackppl wasn't an a****le too). Let's face the facts the people who said those things were probably the total opposite (small d***, small mind, and ugly inside).

And to be honest, the black people have alot to apologize for especially when you started dissing every white person in the chatroom because of ONE racist. I find it funny when you idiots spew out trailer trash, redneck, etc. when you don't even know what those things mean. Let me try and educate you retards.

I also find it ironic that when black people deal with racism they go berserk and it's okay to call whites racist names too. I don't remember anybody posting about the blacks being racist so I'll be the first.

His study asked for all blacks to use force.

This is wrong....but many blacks liked his approach.


Martin Luther had a more passive approach. Not to harm anyone just showing that black people are equal to whites or any majority or minority race.

Todays young bloods have ignorance in there viens.

I happen to know people from trailer parks and you know where you live at doesn't define you.


It's the way you act and carry yourself everyday.

So blacks of today see it as there birthright to insult white people now that we are free.

Malcolm X's studies aren't over shadowed.

I suppose in a world of hate aggressive none sensative behavior seems to be the way of the common man.

I for one will try not to live in that type of lifestyle.

Good point there man... but how about this. Put urself in the shoes of a real black man. One that has to wake up each morning and get the taste of the so-called better world. One that has to fend for himself and make ends meet no matter what kind of rubbish he faces each day. To some ppl racism doesn't exist.. but in reality it does... and although it's supressed, some ppl still feel the full effect. The only difference is they aren't forced to work in corn fields.

See, the major reason I created this topic was to see what ppl thought about it. If it's more sensible to ignore ppl who behave this way, then I don't have any problem with that.. if the best way to tackle it is by some means unknown to blankakind, then that's fine... All I want to see are the opinions of the people.. period.

I'm not gonna shy away from the fact that some blacks have taken all the backlash the wrong way and have played the ball the same way. To them, the best way to respond to over three hundred years of hate and maltreatment is to show the same hostility to ppl of the other race. Whether or not we see them as ignorant, it doesn't change the fact they have been put through a lot of nonsense.. and feel it's their very right to fight it the same way it was given to them.

Now for all I care, this lad Blackpplareugly might have achieved his goal of community backlash and arguements here and there... however, if someone creates a name whitepplarethrash and some one has reason to post it in the forum.. then by all means, this whole topic wouldn't be any different from any reasonable person's point of view. but you have to understand that the blacks didn't hold the whites as slave for years.. it was the other way round... and even though abusing the other race isn't the best way to do it.. they don't have a lot to apologize for. They have to apologize for their ignorance and stupidity for following the footsteps of those that caused them harm.. peroid! Those who put the locks on their lips and kept them in fields should give the apologies first before the ignorant ones can be brought into the light.

I can't say more than what SBYRD5 has already pointed out. If you look at it from an outward point of view, the blacks who act offensively towards whites are doing so out of the pain and suffering that they put them through. Sure it was years ago.. but that alone wouldn't remove the scars that have been left upon their bodies.

If it goes on like this and we begin to search for who should give apologies first, I don't think we'll get anywhere. As far as I'm concerned.. whether towards whites or towards blacks.. being racist is unacceptable and a disgrace to human kind.

Everyday, I hear blacks make excuses that they are poor, in ghettos, uneducated, mistreated because of the white man when it is their own mistakes that has led them to their own downfall. I personally grew up in a "ghetto" neighborhood and my family and I worked incredibly hard to get to where we are now. We were poorer than most of the blacks and had to go through the everyday dangers of robberies, rapes, filth, and other influxes of crime. I even grew up through a long period of abuse but I still made it. I simply can't accept somebody placing the blame on others because of their own inadequacies.

So how about this...

Put yourself in the shoes of a REAL woMAN and imagine spending 70% of your time alone because your parents are always working to survive, living through poverty, learning to be self-sufficient, graduating school, dealing with everyday abuse and crime.

I also find it annoying that most Blacks have forgotten or do not know that their own kind sold slaves to white settlers. Black tribe leaders are to be blamed as much as the early white settlers for their teachings of slavery they passed down to generations. As a matter of fact, slavery still exists in some states of Africa and is practiced today along with polygamy and mistreatment of women.

This is not to discourage anybody here but it's the simple truth that people always overlook. Both sides are to blame here regarding slavery. I also find people pathetic when they hurt or blame others because of their own insecurities - like that ugly bully who beats up other kids, like the guy that blames everything on one race because because he is lacking, the parent that hurts their kid because of their own failure, etc.

Ok I'll do that though if I do. Put yourself in the shoes or even the SHADOW of a DIFFERENT race than your own. See the thing is this topic isnt about SLAVERY, TRADE, YOUR LIFE or anything eles you mentioned in your reply OTHER THAN RACISM. First off, its not true that ANY RACE blames EVERYTHING on thier RACE. You must only watch the media which try to PORTRAY a certain race of people. Yes sometimes there are cases where ignorant PEOPLE blame things on thier race. Saying that you can't LABEL AN ENTIRE RACE OF PEOPLE on just a few. You seem to only be discussing African Americans in your reply. Though I like to discuss ALL races because when I break each race apart. THIER ALL HUMAN WHICH ARE THE SAME. Racism in a whole isnt brought on by that race which you wrote. Its FORCED unto a race of people who are VICTIMS OF HATE from another race.
Secondly, HOW MANY TIMES MUST I SAY THAT RACISM IS A FORM OF HATE. ACTUALLY ONE OF THE WORST KINDS OF HATE. If by ANY MEANS you think that you can HATE another race just by the way they LOOK, ACT, SMELL, OR EVEN BREATH somethings VERY wrong. If you LOVE TO HATE SFO ISNT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Theres a place SPECIALLY CREATED for these types of individuals called JAIL, PRISON, INSTITUTIONS. I would discuss slavery though I WONT since this isnt the topic for it.
Finally, since this is a RACISM topic not SLAVERY. I must stress the fact that racism however small it may be at times. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON SFO. For your information, it was not me who brought up the topic of the history of blacks and why the history of slavery has them reacting back with racism, so maybe you should read previous replies before you talk ZPOWER - you are simply a pseudo-intellectual and YOU MADE NO ABSOLUTE POINT.

Did I ever say racism was right? The slavery topic was NOT BROUGHT UP BY ME. Blacks pointed out that blacks are responding to the hate of slavery so it leads to the topic of slavery -

I was educating him that fellowblacks sold blacks to white settlers and that slavery still exists today in Africa so blacks "not having alot to apologize for" is BS. Let's face the facts: Slavery wasn't always towards blacks. Did we not forget the Asian civilizations using slavery, the indentured white servants that were often used in feudalism, the slaves of Egypt, etc.?

As for me saying that I have come across blacks that always try to play the race card or excuses for something bad that happens, I am speaking from experience. I am not simply stereotyping from watching the media nor am I saying every black person is that way - I was giving an example. I was only discussing African Americans about my reply because the main topic was involving African Americans and racism was it not?

I agree with you ZPOWER that this is indeed about RACISM and NOT ABOUT SLAVERY but I don't remember these hypocrites openly apologizing when they were the same way. I don't freakin care about what your race may be but people are stooping real low with excuses, hypocrisy, and BS about this topic.

Haha... damn, I didn't expect this topic to get so much "notice"... Anyway, it has gotten to a level that has nothing to do with SFO... and if it continues, someone would probably close it soon.

The reason I answered or replied to Carla18's first reply was because he made some valid points.. however, we're moving too far into the real world and out of the reach of SFO.

The purpose of this topic... or let's just say.. what I had in mind what to find out how should we react to racial slurs and comments in the game. And I think I've gotten what I wanted... but if there's anymore, then it would definitely be welcomed.

but let me go off topic once more. Now Carla18, I understand your point and how the whole racist thing turned into an issue of slavery. And don't worry, I already know about the histroy of slavery and how the whites used their "magic" to lure black kings into selling their own ppl as an exchange for science and technology... and one more thing

I had no intention of saying or meaning that in any form.. so you're indirectly putting words in my mouth there. I did however say that they don't have a lot to apologize for since there are two sides to a coin. You made it seem as if the blacks should just go on and apologize to the whites for everything they've called them without it being reciprocated... so no big deal there.

And one more thing, if you ever play SFO, and see anyone openly being racist, then I don't think I'd have taken it any different. Some how somewhere in the media racism is usually on one side... ergo, whites being racist towards black.. but I'm well aware of the fact that it goes both ways... and further more, I don't (personally) use the whole slavery issue as an excuse to anything.. because I'm well aware of what I can and will achieve each day God opens my eyes to see the sun.
