If you using Internet Explorer and are playing the game on "mirror 1" try pressing the F5 button to reload the game.
This should give you the newest version.
If that dont work. Try dumping your temporary internet files folder.
On your browser goto:
Tools/Internet Options
A new window will appear with a row of Tabs acros the top.
Click: General.
there will be a section titled, "Temporary Internet Files" with 3 buttons.
One of the buttons is labeled "Delete Files"...click it.
then click "Ok"
Then reload Street Fighter Online.

If you are using the AOL brower interface.
On your windows taskbar goto:
Start/Programs/AOL System Information.
A new window will appear with a row of Tabs across the top.
Click: Utilitites.
There will be a button labled "Clear Cache"...click it.
then click "OK"
Then reload Street Fighter Online.
