batman is good he can easy beat spider man because he has its batwing so he can fly and all those tech. he have and spider man have its spider web batman can cut into that......so i said batman would wins all hands down :alien:

And you know what if spidey really wanted to he could get batman to crash into something or go some where it would be hard to find him...like a junkyard. It would be a game of cat and mouse and then spidey could use the magnetic machine to bring the bat wing to him then all batman would have was his utility belt...and his wits.

What kind of Batman are you talking about...sp
