Let's "break it down" as they say.

Batman is rich, and his powers are all in the crazy gizmos and gadgets he has. But one thing he has that sipdey doesn't is a IQ of about 100 or something, batmans's got the brains, and that's something every superhero needs, or they will be defeated.

Spidey is acrobat, he leaps, he flips, he kicks, he could be in a freaking circus for crying out loud. Plus, he has the speed, agilty, and the web to beat his foes. but Spidey is no difference from the Bat, he still needs to fill his web filter things(cause it doesn't come directly from his hand ya know) to use the web, and he still needs brain to use it correctly. in terms of brains, all spidey got is an average IQ and spidey sense.(which only helps him detect danger, not fend it.)

So it's a tough say, I would need to auctually see them fight before I can decide.

batmans just a dude en it in spandex...spidey actually has powers....how about i walk in packin an ak47 kill em both.
