Just to tell you guys HAQ is no more than a no good fake! He is not the creator of evil ryu or evil ken! He's a no good sprite and character thief in the mugen community! He goes around in forums such as the Warmachinemadness forum:
http://pub59.ezboard.com/bwarmachinemadness and names himself CrazedGoat, Capcommember, HAQ, and a bunch of other screwed up names. He goes around and tells people that he is a mugen programmer and spriter when he actually in fact isn't! He even says that he is a member at capcom in the warmachinemadness forum! I mean how pathetic is that! And now he says he is the creator of evil ryu and evil ken! This guy is nothing more than a joke! All this guy wants is to steal your characters/sprites! Thats why he has been saying all this crap the whole time that he is a professional mugen programmer/spriter! The only thing this guy will help you do is taking your own sprites! Watch this guy! Do not send him anything! Not mugen sprites no nothing!
