I use MUGEN. I am the creater of Evil Ken and the New version of Evil Ryu.
When I say Evil Ken, I mean the Evil Ken that won 7 awards for being the best and popular character!:)

Unfortunatlly, It is LEGAL! Approved by Government! Read the the WHOLE read me file and you'll understand. There has been 20 version of MUGEN.I think XvsSF online is ILLEGEL, that's why they dont want us talk talk about it in a talk free forum section.)
