you have air in your blood...

weight lifters alrready lifts trucks over their heads...
look at the competition on TV you'll see them go ! and the world record of weight lifting is really a ton which the lifters can do almost everyday !

the muscles don'T need to be big to be strong and lift, if they are big, that's because you wanted em to be big !

you're wrong, you know it, but you can't admit to be !
ask your biology teacher, he'll explain it to you ! same as mine did for me !

also, ask any trainer about your muscles...
he will tell you that lifting a small weight for a certain time, then resting then doing it again. don't make your muscles grows, they will have the strenght but will not grow bigger.

in th eother hand, if you lift your maximum capacity right in the begining, your muscles will grow bigger, but will not be any STRONGER !

how many times have you seen a boxer being a small guy, but able to fight HEAVY WEGHT champions ! i saw it some times !

also have seen very muscular mans, but even i could lift more then them !

those are facts !
REAL FACTS...
were are yours ?

you can't have too much air !
example:
can you breath till you explode ?
no, why ?
because your body will react before it happens.
same goes into your blood.

think before talking, i know what i know, and i know that is true !
so unless you're biology class didn't show you the BLOOD system we have, then i must say that your biology class was kind of missing the important part !

unless you didn't even made your biology class, which if this is th ecase, then how can you know what the body is all about !

anyway...
what i say is all true, don't believe me, then go ahead, but its true, reguardless of what you think !
