Lol well first get more confidence. Next you need to keep tryin it, chances are it'll be awhile before you pull it off right. Yea you wants some books go to amazon, and try searching for books relatde under the topic of Body Energy, Ki, Chi, or manipulating the energy around you. Lol thats all I can think of.[/quote]
