i'm not suprise to hear this !
because i have found at the time i was doing all those energy thing, that emotions oftenly effect the results of our energy ! LOTS OF ANGER for an example can give you an hell of a boost in energy... but it also diminish your reasoning, which is why some people, when angered to death, see red and cannot even know what they were doing during that time ! it's what most call becoming berserk ! anyway... emotions are normal to have while doing this, they also can help in stimulating certain kind of energy. like imagining a beach where you could be alone and relaxing while looking at the sun ! creating places like those in your mind can easily help in relaxation.
