If you keep practicing you should be able to have heat radiat from your body.[/quote] yeah, its like a weird thing. it just came to me one day. oh, and sometimes heat does radiate from my body. it is really fast though. its like BAM! heat coming out all over my body. but then it gets real cold. roll- as i said i can generate it all through my body when ever i want. karma-it didnt take me anytime of training at all! it just came to me!
