hey it wasnt like this before. before that day.
the city is going into a recession and is trying to stay out of it. and the guy was pulled over for having a broken tail light but for not wearing a seat belt when he took it off in front of the cop was just stupid. he was not just parked pple, he was pulled over. and now pple are gonna get a ticket for garbage.
