the idea is, u go there to fight others who have fast modems. to verify, it would ping ur computer, and only people with ping under, say....400 could get in, and it would show ur ping inside.
while some might think this would end up excluding people with slower connections, u could limit the capacity of this "cable club" to, oh....25-35 people what do u think? oh, by the way.....i knew why the ">" symbol was banned from chat, but why were the "<" and "#" symbols banned?
