Rage in story mode - Question

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they said you could use rage in story mode regardless of how much rage you have. So you should be able to rage in Story mode with -3 rage, yet you have to have 1 rage point to even use it in story mode. Fortunately, you truly don't lose rage in story.

Did they change their minds at the last minute so you had to get rage for even Story mode?

True they said this. but to my knowledge its always been like that.

Yea it has, but I'm just saying this now since I thought others had questioned about this before and didn't bother asking.
