Musicians-actors - The crossover?

Does anyone think that Musicians and acting mix well together.. Or has it just been blown way out of proportion..

The most decent by far that Ive noticed was DMX he has a chain of movies that he has starred in. They didnt do very well in the BOX office but DMX is very resilient with his acting..

but lately he ran into a little trouble with the law.. I hope they dont slow him from his future goals of making more movies..

Maybe in the near future X will give it to us.. ???

i personally think that they kinda don't mix but there are some singers that can act like pretty alright..but then again there's like awhole lot that just blow just look at Jennifer Lopez what a perv..gigli anyone??

she sucks as both..but she got a hot ass so il give her the benefit of the doubt. the gr8 tupac starred in movies aswell i aint seen em but i wudnt mind

musicans make terrible actors.
They should just stick to what theyre good at and leave movies to the real actors.

Dont be a menace to south central while drinking your juice in da hood. Even the title is funny did u see it on T.V today? I notice it was on but nah man u need to buy and see the real version next to white chicks that is the funniest shiznit the Wayne brothers EVER did.

Ice cube, he was ok in Friday and babershop but Torgue nope he was awful!

And of course da State property moive cheers to da Roc! You have to see it Benie was a hot actor in the movie, but damon Dash was like a bitch in the whole movie. And tell me how they had my nig Jay-Z in only like 3 scenes and in every one he was sitting in the car talking to Damon or on the phone with him.
