Okay basically I am trying to put a certain image effect on my page. It works on a page by it self, but when I put it on a page with other stuff on it, it doesn't work.
This is the page with the effect that works. http://www.geocities.com/selvinusa/UnNamed.html The effect is basically a banner disloving into another banner. This is the page with the effect that doesn't work. http://www.geocities.com/selvinusa/UnNamed01.html On this page the banner just stays the same. Please right click each page and look at the source code. The sources should be the same.
