never really had the chance to share my point of view with the recent turn of events, so i guess its my time...

so you think its all over now huh? you think just bcoz TMyApp complied to shut down the site, Marvel's just gonna sit down idly/contented and let it all slide after knowing its been 2 years theyve been deceived? and many ppl that played this site are willing to donate? all its success and popularity of this site?

well guess what, Marvel isnt that kinda company whos gonna let bygones be bygones...marvel is currently run by young corporate leeches

they now know how successful the site was, how ppl were willing enough to give/donate just to be able to play

let this be a warning for you TMyApp...of the impending danger...they might blackmail you, force you to turn over all Projectx properties and knowledge of the site in exchange for this lawsuit crap then exploit them for their own greedy purposes...its been known that Marvel have this kinda reputation

earlier, i was reading some of my comic books then i just noticed that right on the front page of each books, just below i noticed/read...

no similarity between any of the names, characters, persons and/or institutions in this magazine with those of any living or dead person or institution is intended, and any such similarity which exist is purely COINCIDENTAL

after reading that portion, it came into my mind...BANG!
the problem isnt really about lawsuit, the problem is all about TMyApp using Marvel/Capcom characters without their knowledge or consent

this lawsuit crap is just a normal side effect of the events

if TMyApp only used these words (written above) then non of these wouldve happened and besides, i read the letter of ebard saying Marvel isnt really endorsing this site but our site clearly states its under Marvel's copyright

come to think of it TMyApp, why didnt you, right from the very start, offered your talents to make this site to Marvel/Capcom?

i mean, you couldve easily got employed by them and you wouldnt have to worry about cash bcoz theyll surely fund you?

heck, what am i saying, if you do work for them, us wouldnt be able to play for free, so i guess, you cant take all the blame entirely, what you did (for me i think) is kinda "charity" for us but some no00bs arent grateful for it what they only care about is what you can give for them, they dont care about whats gonna happen to you or in the future...theyre just leeches whose only after the fruits of your labor...

while most ppl suggest that you make a TOTALLY/ENTIRELY new site from ground zero which may take ages to finish, i suggest that actually, you can still create this site using the same SF/SNK sprites BUT this time, change their appearances/looks! you can use the same moves of these SF characters but change the sprites' looks! dont use familiar names like ryu, chun or guile

it would be a lot easier if you have the pattern to create a site from these sprites rather than create an entirely new one...and then you can put right on the site the quote i just mentioned above...just to make things clear that everything is purely COINCIDENTAL! so wouldnt have to worry about some snooping bastards

but heck, right now this idea doesnt matter, what matters most is you present plight, just keep us posted on the things to come ok?

to know who your true friends are, you need to undergo these hardships but the way i see things...these ppl making goodbye threads, it only shows who really cares, who really gives a damn about the community and whos only really after the site, your work, your labor...

its sad, very sad indeed...
