i click on mirror 1
and then it shows me that bar that says loading(before the wolverine screen) and it just stops and doesnt load at ALL

does anyone else get this or is it only me???

hmm...how long have you waited for the loading process...if your running 56k modem (like me) it can take upto one minute of waiting before i see that the game has started loading..the entire down load of an initial verion usualy takes me up ward of 10 minutes (usualy less it depend on my connection)

yep

try one of the other mirrors.. and MAKE SURE u have the l8test version of shockwave from Macromedia.com (their downloads section)
