<font color="blue">*Note* This is my first attempt at hosting a tournament.. so bear with me while I get experience from this. Here goes..</color>

<font color="black">Qualification Rules/Date<color>

<font color="purple">To be able to register, you MUST..</color>
<font color="red">1.</color><font color="black"> Have an MSN Instant Messenger account. <font color="blue">*Reason for this is so I can communicate with you besides over this message board and e-mails. The messenger will be used instead of e-mails or message board so I can get a little acquainted with you and to help me figure out the matches. Plus I think this might help the no-show problem. Apologies to all of you without MSN..*</color><font color="black">I will determine all other qualifications over MSN.. </color>

<font color="blue">Tournament Date-</color><font color="blue">I am planning to have the tournament start December 20th. Lots of people have school, so tell me when your vacation for the holiday is and if it's sooner I might change it.</color>

<font color="black">Registration will last from today until <font color="red">December 13th</color><font color="black">. I want to have at least 26 people but no more than 30, that's alot of people to add on MSN and keep track of on paper, lol, this is gonna be hectic :biggrin:

<font color="black">Combat Rules

<font color="red">-Ryu, Wolverine, and Sentinel are allowed
-If you couldn't tell from what I just said, Cyclops and Chun-Li are not allowed
-1 on 1 NO tag
-Only play hosted games
-Helpers ON
-Timer OFF
-When I post/tell on MSN the matches, whoever's name is first hosts first, then the other person hosts, and so on.
-It is best out of 3 matches, not rounds, if first person to host wins, and wins the next match that other person hosts, he/she wins

<font color="black">Tournament Play

The tournament will be played in brackets. Everybody fights their opponents, if they win they move on to the next round if you lose you... go into the losers bracket, no j/k. Then it goes on like that. If you have an opponent that doesn't show or something like that, you get to fight me! Don't worry I'll take it easy on ya, lol (not really).

<font color="blue">One round is fought a day, if you miss it your OUT :vampv: unless the rare occasion happens where more than one person has an opponent that isn't there, then I'll try to pair you up and fit it in with the tournament play, but that is going to be VERY rare. I think..
