Here are some key facts on liberation tower=


<span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>*</span> The Telecommunication Centre, which was inaugurated on 15 March 1996, is located in the heart of Kuwait City and stands on an area of 21 thousand square meters. The Liberation Tower is the most important component of this centre. Its height of 372 meters makes it the fourth highest tower after those in Toronto, Moscow, and Germany.



<span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>*</span> The tower is comprised of two main parts: the lower part, which is built of concrete, represents the main skeleton of the tower, meanwhile the upper part is a post made of metal.



<span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>*</span> The middle part of the tower is a wide public reception hall of 1500 meters which features a restaurant, a cafeteria and a platform to view Kuwait's landmarks.



<span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>*</span> There are seven wireless transmission stands, which serve domestic and international communication.



<span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>*</span> Liberation Tower is not only a touristic landmark in both Kuwait and the Gulf region but also a principal link between Kuwait and the outside world. Construction of the tower started in April 1987, and was stopped because of the Iraqi aggression on Kuwait. After liberation, construction work was resumed and the tower was officially inaugurated on 10 March 1996.

We have confirmed a group of men calling themselves "The Big Five" All of which sharing a common happiness for marve| and street fighter related video games.They say they represent a community known as XMVSSFO no wait thier leader has confirmed that is incorrect and he has stated he disregards all ties to that name "marve|" an inwhich for the group to be related to only SFO related material...they have all agreed that they have abandoned all ties to thier once mentored organization.

RULES AND REGULATIONS=

1)The Tower of liberation is a challenge not a tournament.The goal is to advance through each level/row of the tower.

2)You must earn lives to advance through the tower.You can only have a maxium of THREE LIVES at any given time on the tower of liberation.

3)You earn lives by defeating the character minister of each level.There are 3 character ministers of each level.You can advance in any of the three columns in any given fashion you want.

4)You will need atleast one life to advance to another ROW..or LEVEL.Given the chance it would be wise to only advance with a suitable number of lives.So basicily you can defeat any of the 3 on a row to advance.You have the option to stay on a row and try to gain lives.

5)If you lose you will lose lives,an also if you run out of lives. You will have to start back over at the very bottom of the Tower of Liberation.

6)There is an exception. There will be a semi-boss at every 3 levels. So there will be a total of 6 semi-bosses.If you defeat a semi-boss that level where you defeated that semi boss will be a save point. So when you lose all of your lives instead of starting back over you can begin from the last save point.

7)Sadily anyone on the tower of liberation can not climb it. LOL. This is a challenge for everyone not on the tower of liberation.You can be asked to be removed from the tower so you may climb.I'd like this to be a challenge to new kids in the game though...

1)After climbing The Tower Of Liberation.You will face "The Big Five".

2)I may have a banner made for you saying that you climbed Liberation Tower.

3)Maybe just maybe if I can pull some strings....I highily doubt this,but I might can get you a title in the game saying you climbed the tower.

4)Most likily a forum title....I'm not promising anything...it depends...this is a big challenge.

5)I really don't have alot of respect for users desiring VIP sponsorship,but if that's what you desire...I'll have it arranged.

6)After climbing The tower and defeating The Big Five.You have the option of putting yourself on the tower of liberation,and taking someone elses spot.

7)You could also make yourself one of the semi-bosses an ask one of them to decline thier spot..

8)You'll recieve an SFO News Letter in Advance like the first Newsletter before everyone else.

9)Earning Respect.....nuff said.
