Rules:You must have a partner. Timer off. No rage till semi-finals unless your a VIP Member. Helpers on, no TLF (The Last Five, Venom, Omega Red, Sagat, Rogue, and Blanka). No Cylops or Sentinal. The prize is two cool banners. Takes place in server 3 if not possible server 1. We need 8 teams.
Information needed to enter:

Your partners contact: (MSN or E-mail, ETC.)
VIP: (Yes or No)
Host: (Yes or No)
The way the teams will be organized:
Pool 1: (We Need two teams for here, they will fight each other ,the winning team moves onto the next round against the winning team from pool 2)
Pool 2: (We Need two teams for here, they will fight each other , the winning team moves onto the next round against the winning team from pool 1)
Pool 3: (We Need two teams for here, they will fight each other, the winning team moves onto the next round against the winning team from pool 4)
Pool 4: (We Need two teams for here, they will fight each other, the winning team moves onto the next round against the winning team from pool 3)
