Problem with ryu - Tmy can u see what the problem is?

I am playing right now....and whenever Ryu want to block he can't block. I did the comands for changing the controls and nothing.... I'm not sure if this is what u call a bug problem! Tmy can u tell me what do u think the problem is???? Or anybody else???

no it's not...it does it sometimes.....when it wants to block...it sometimes block.........guess i'll live with it.... ??? But if u look on it from the good side of it......It will make me think faster and improve my fighting skills? u think ???
