Chunli... - Didn't know where to put this !

i was fighting a guy tonight, he was using chunli.
after my first fight, i realised i was like very damage after each hit she gave !
at first, i putted it on LAG. but then i saw we had like 50 of ping (first time ever for me).
so i gave it the benefit of the doubt and fought him another time. happenned again ! i was losing al most half my life with a simple lightning kick. i was like:"huh ?"
then we fought a third time. still the same !

lightning kick = about 5% for EACH kick given
same as above but super = about 8% for EACH kick
when i blocked it, it didn't do a thing i mean it blocked much of it but still got about 1/3 of my life taken out, and i was blocking it !

it could be just me, but i think chunli is debalanced right now, she is stronger then SENT and RYU (i tryed both against her)
don't know if it happens to others thou, that's what i want to know.

what are you thiking about this guys ?
no need to flame or yell... it is just a question to see if i am the only one who this happens !

That actually does more hits then the chun-li kick.

that's probably what Tmy App will answer

TMy App: Chun-Li: problem with Chum-Li is that her moves NEED to connect with the player in order to hurt them.. and with lag.. this is VERY hard.. thus.. his hyper takes away around 50% health (not 90%+).. there is no easy way to tweak Chun-Li... she still has WAY too many problems than solutions.. so.. for now.. she stays... :biggrin:

I didn't make this thing up........he posted that in Nantuko Joe's topic about tweaking som characters.........anyway.......

1) Her Lightning Kick has 3 strengths. Lk (weak) mk (in-between) and Hk (Very Strong). Lk lightning kicks cause lk damage, mk lightning kicks=mk damage, Hk Lightning Kicks= Hk strength. Unlike in the real game, where the stronger attack button only increases amount of hits, Chun-Li's kicking STRENGTH is affected.

2) Remember Cyclops, Karma? He's stronger than ALL of them. Besides, ALL of her attacks can be stopped easily, including her hypers. Heck, some attacks go THROUGH the Kikoshou and hit her out of it.

3) Zero, don't mean to be rude, but if your going to say that her triple jump is helping her be cheap, then maybe you should complain about Cyclops instead.

and besides, if their that cheap. *I ain't when I play* use a Fireball, you'll kick them out of that.

Besides, what about half of you that cheap aginst her with Cyclops and BBX and Hadokukens?

Only way I see how you increase her supers is with the fireball, that is the FASTEST way to get up to hypers, while the rest of you non-chun users just have to punch. Our physical attacks do hardly jack. *that is in practice, never seen something like your describing online, even with lag*

Personally, she is balanced to everyone, except lag agianst Cy.
