Banner request - Need urgent help

i cant do it. i need help here.

i want the image size to be 500x150, with that image above in the center. the background is to be dark blue or dark gray with clouds, not too light, and to both sides lightining going thier own way. i dont want it animated.

the goodfellas picture i want them to be some shadow figures, thier faces barely noticable, if youever played metal gear solid 3 and seen the philosophers, that group of pple siting together as a group, i want it like that. or if anyone can find that image i want that instead of the one i have put up above.

on the bottom in the dead center under the group pic, the words as fancy and italicize as u can say: "The Syndicate", exaclty word for word, even the capitalization.

if anyone can do better than this:

i'd apprieciate it, so plz get it done
