How to make a banner, can anyone explain that to me?

FIrst u get ur self a Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or CS...and then learn the filters and buttons..and what they do..and then use ur imagination to create backgrounds...and borders or whatever.

yeah go here IMESH download it and then download Adobe Photoshop from there..much easier....ITS A GREAT PLACE to find downloads
