Where to find tutorial sites. - Tutorials for photoshop.

I was wondering where you guys got your great photoshop skills. Can you post some good tutorial sites for beginners trying to make tags? Intermediate and Advanced tutorials would be good too. So basically I'm just asking where some good tutorial sites are.. This is to help beginners and advanced to sharpen their photoshop skills. I know there's google, but.. heh.

Its called practice, tuts can only help you learn what each tool is used for but it really shouldn't be used for more than that
