Help!i cant log into my name - Whole crapload of ppl hav same prob

Ive restarted my computer and i have refreshed the game like a whole crapload of times but it still the same thing.. is it just a bug that lasts for one day then ends or?? damnit i dont know.. someone help! and now when i check again.. there is like only 5 people in server1 and 3 altogether.. -sigh-
