Power within - dubya tee eff does it mean!?

I know im not the only one who has seen the words "Power Within" come up on their screen sometimes after a victory. AND on top of that. when u scroll over it my cursor turn into a hand, meaning if i click on it it does something..or so i think. i dunno this riddle has been eating away at my brain tissue for about a month and a half of th 2 moths time i have been playing. ok...so im asking tmyapp or someone else who might possibly know the meaning behing this message to PLEASE!!!! tell me what the meaning to this message is before i get a blood clot in brain from extended periods of time thinkking "What the hell does Power within mean???" thats how people have brain aneurisms u know. from pondering things such as this. if somoene can answer this question they just might save my life. thank you... :laugh:
