I recieved a late email from him today which was sent 3 months ago from him. He told me to post a topic here if he didnt make it through his transplant. The sad thing was his father died a week before him and he died without knowing it. The poor guy was only 13, people used to mess around with him and cuss him about his heart problem. No one knew it would go this far...I just hope he's happy where he is now.
