He used chun-li ( who i call the cheaters choice b\c of her lightning kick and that close up blast thing) To start with it was like any other battle but then he blocked for halve of it. As soon as he let his guard down i hit hiim with a super Hadoken Attack. Then he used 3 helpers in a row i trashed him and in the second round he let the lightning kicks fly.
